Introduction and History :

Chicken tacos are a delightful and versatile dish with roots in Mexican cuisine, where tacos have been a staple for centuries. Instructions :

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts or thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
