Thank you for contacting us via your Universal Credit journal.
Universal Credit is currently paying £309.96 Housing Element directly to your landlord. A deduction for Rent Arrears would not be considered whilst you have an ongoing Sanction.
For us to end your sanction you would need to attend an appointment at Grimsby Jobcentre, once you have attended and your Sanction is lifted then you would be able to apply for a Recoverable Hardship Payment.
