Cooking Instructions
Oven
Instructions: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30 mins Remove label and pierce film lid several times, Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, Peel back film lid and stir, Re-cover and heat for a further 10-15 minutes, Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Important: Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.
Oven from frozen
Instructions: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 50 mins Remove label and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven 20 minutes, peel back film lid, stir, re-cover and heat for a further 20-30 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving. Important: Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.
Microwave
Instructions: 800W 5 mins 30 secs / 900W 5 mins.
Remove label and pierce film lid several times.
Heat on full power for 3 mins (800W/ 900W). Stand for 1 minute, peel back film lid, stir re-cover and heat on full power for 2 mins 30 secs (800W) / 2 mins (900W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving.
Important: Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.
Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 800W 10 mins 30 secs / 900W 10 mins.
Heat on full power for 6 mins (800w/ 900w). Stand for 1 minute, peel back film lid, stir re-cover and heat on full power for 4 mins 30 secs (800w) / 4 mins (900W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Stir before serving.
Important: Allow tray to stand until it regains its rigidity.
